Return & Exchange Policy

When you make purchases at www.foregroundofficial.com, each shipment is accompanied with a packing slip with details regarding merchandise purchased and payment information.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
We do not take returns for refunds or credit. Please pay close attention that you have selected the correct size and color before you finalize your purchase.

All sale items are FINAL.

Returning Items
Returns & exchange is ONLY granted under the following circumstances:

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
If your order contains defective OR incorrect merchandise, please send an email to info@foregroundofficial.com and we will email you a prepaid return label, to send back the items.

Returns or Exchanges
All orders sent back for return or exchange will be refunded less the amount of shipping. If you are exchanging then you will need to submit a new order on www.foregroundofficial.com, and we will ship the new order as soon as we receive your returned item and approved upon inspection.

All merchandise that are wished to be exchanged has to be returned to us within 7 calendar days after the arrival of your purchase. We CANNOT exchange your item if it has been intentionally damaged, washed, worn, or stained. We reserve the right to void the exchange if such circumstances are found upon inspection.

Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.

Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase, and only once we receive the merchandise. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
